What is the return policy?

At PosterStudio, every poster is made to order with care and attention. Because of this, we do not accept general returns—but we’re happy to help if something goes wrong.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect ordering. Please double-check your selections before checkout.

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different design or size:
  • Exchanges are accepted for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Contact us at support@poster-studio.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once received, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item.
How much does shipping cost?

  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £50
  • All posters are printed to order and typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
What is our commercial license policy?
Personal Use (Allowed)

    or private space.
  • Gifting posters to friends or family
  • Using purchased posters as décor in
    non-commercial environments
Commercial Use (Not Allowed Without a Licence)
  • Reselling, reprinting, or redistributing any PosterStudio design (physical or digital)
  • Using our designs in products for sale (e.g. merch, digital downloads, print-on-demand, etc.)
  • Displaying posters in commercial marketing, advertising, or branding without written permission.
  • Using our artwork in content (social, video, websites) for business purposes unless approved.
