1. Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, order size and processing time (1-2 business days).
2. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Free shipping is available for orders above £50.00, where applicable.
3. Packaging:
All posters are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. For large posters, we use durable tubes or reinforced packaging for extra protection.
4. Delivery Areas:
We ship domestically and internationally. Note that additional time and fees may apply for international deliveries.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delays and Issues:
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist promptly.
7. Lost or Damaged Items:
If your posters arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the receiving the tracking number. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
